I became interested in the situation in Korea and Japan around 1900.
I became interested in the decades since Japan transitioned from the samurai Edo period to the Meiji period, the end of the Joseon Dynasty and its annexation by Japan.
While many Koreans are complaining about the misery of the era of Japanese annexation, I would like to think about it as neutrally as possible.
