According to the amendment to the Information and Communications Network Act effective July 7, the concept of illegal information has been expanded to newly include violence, incitement to discrimination, promotion of hatred, and manipulated information. Posting content that incites discrimination, manipulates information, spreads falsehoods, or promotes hatred is subject to punishment. Therefore, posts containing inappropriate expressions targeted at specific individuals or groups can be reported.

 

For this reason, I will only be posting in English going forward.
