이 프로는 지난 2003년 호주 이민성이 공항에서 적발한 한국 위조여권 소지자가 57명임을 보여주었다. 당시 한국 위조여권 소지자 비율은 세계 5위로 주 범인은 중국인이었다. 체포된 위조여권 소지자 중 한 여성은 “2만 달러에 구입했다”고 실토했다. 지금은 한국 위조여권 소지자 적발이 세계 1~2위로 분석되고 있다.
그런데 미국에서 한국여권 분실 사고가 가장 많다는 보도다. 2006~2008년 총 6천765개를 분실해 전 세계인 여권 분실율의 23%로 가장 높다. 그 한편으로는 미국내에서도 위조 한국여권 적발이 보통이 아니다. 지난 2007년부터 급증해 공항에서 월평균 10건씩 적발되는 것으로 집계되고 있다.
여권위조는 사진을 바꾸는 ‘창갈이’ 가 가장 기본이다. 또 타인명의에 자신의 사진을 붙여 발급을 신청하는 방법을 쓴다. 이 외에 출입국 심사 도장 위조도 있다. 가장 흔한 것이 바로 ‘창갈이’다. 사진 위 라미네이트(코팅부분)를 벗겨내고 사진을 교체하는 것이다.

A study shows a 25 per cent increase in foreign sex workers since prostitution was decriminalised by the Prostitution Reform Act in 2003.
 
One of the authors, nurse specialist Bronwyn Schofield, said that "probably two-thirds" of the 38 non-resident sex workers she had interviewed over two years after the act were Chinese women.

The daily added, acting on a tip-off police raided several apartments, arrested the suspects and handed them over to the concerned authorities.
During investigation police discovered they entered the country on visit visas.

Prostitution under the cover of offering massage in Salmiya
 
KUWAIT CITY, Nov 4: Personnel from the Vice Squad Department have allegedly arrested four Chinese women for what the authorities said ‘practicing prostitution under the cover of offering massage’, reports Al-Qabas daily.

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 16: Personnel from the Criminal Investigations Department have arrested two Chinese prostitutes and referred them to the authorities, reports Al-Rai daily.
 
According to security sources the women were practicing their trade online in the name of massage. After the police were tipped off about their activity, undercover police agents opted for massage service and the women demanded KD 50 for an hour and the service included pleasure.
 
Police then got a search and arrest warrant from the Public Prosecution, raided their apartment in Salmiya and caught them red-handed. They have been referred to the concerned authorities to prepare their deportation from the country

The daily added, the CID men picked a tip from an advertisement posted on the web site and send a bogus customer, raided the apartment in Salmiya and seized the three women. During interrogation they said they were charging each customer KD 50 per hour for flesh pleasure.
